These terms apply to use of setucrestglobal.com and its School Supplies and Trade Solutions subdomains. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a binding engagement, purchase order, agency relationship or transaction.

Information and quotations

Website content is general information. Product availability, specifications, samples, pricing, taxes, minimum quantities, payment terms and delivery schedules are confirmed separately for each requirement. A transaction becomes binding only through mutually accepted written commercial terms.

School and institutional supplies

Products may be sourced or supplied against stated requirements. Buyers are responsible for checking that final specifications, quantities and intended use are suitable before approval. Product images may be illustrative, and brands or models can vary unless confirmed in writing.

Trade Solutions scope

Trade Solutions provides independent research, supplier discovery, buyer development, requirement sharing, quotation or sample coordination and commercial communication support as agreed. Unless expressly stated in a written engagement, SetuCrest is not the manufacturer, importer of record, exporter of record, customs broker, freight forwarder, laboratory, certification body, legal adviser, tax adviser or financial intermediary.

Supplier and counterparty checks

Introductions, public-record research or preliminary checks do not constitute a guarantee of a supplier, buyer, product or transaction. Clients should complete appropriate commercial, technical, legal, regulatory and payment due diligence before committing funds or entering contracts.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, quantities, specifications and timelines.
• Review quotations, samples, documentation and counterparties before approval.
• Comply with applicable product, import, export, customs, tax, licensing and sanctions requirements.
• Use secure payment methods and verify beneficiary details independently.

Intellectual property

SetuCrest names, logos, original text and website design may not be copied or represented as another business without permission. Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SetuCrest is not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions made solely from general website information. Any responsibility connected with a paid engagement will be governed by its accepted written terms.
